We don't generally allow returns on our products due to the fact most of our items are customised which means we can't resell any of them.
If the item isn't customised then we will allow a return if the item hasn't been used, returned within 10 days of receiving it and you pay for the shipping cost to return it.
Regarding refunds that can only happen if your product has arrived damaged and unusable, prior to the refund we will offer you a replacement instead of a refund if you'd like that. A refund can only be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
